She has 15 years of experience in Executive Search with track record across the full value chain in the Energy transition, Renewables, Industrial decarbonisation and Climate tech sectors. Nikola supports clients with C-Suite, Executive leadership, Board level and Non-executive assignments. Nikola has wealth of experience working with leading PE groups recruiting Senior Executives and Board members across their portfolio companies as well as senior investment professionals. Prior to Green Executives formation, Nikola was a Co-Founder and Director at Zinc Consultants.
