Iain Manson

Iain Manson is a retired but highly experienced senior executive search professional who operated across the dynamic and changing energy space for over 20 years. 

Iain began his work in the energy sector with British Gas, latterly dealing with important regulatory and commercial issues as UK gas and power markets were deregulated and the players within the markets were privatised in the 1990's. 

After a period running his own outdoor clothing/equipment business, Iain stepped into the energy recruitment industry where he was able to deploy is sectoral knowledge, extensive networks as well as his passion for identifying and assessing top level talent.
